Kathryn Schwab, MS, Ed.S.

Founder & Lead Web Designer

Kathryn Schwab is the founder of Make It Count Creative Solutions, an award-winning web design studio based in Springboro, Ohio. With a background in psychology, education, and digital strategy, Kat combines analytical insight with creative design to help businesses in the health and wellness space grow with confidence online.

Before launching her studio, Kat earned both a Master of Science and Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree from the University of Dayton and worked as a School Psychologist, where she developed deep expertise in communication, motivation, and human behavior—skills that now shape her thoughtful, client-centered approach to design.

After starting a health-based business of her own, Kat met many inspiring entrepreneurs throughout the Dayton and Cincinnati area and saw how challenging it can be to balance every aspect of running a business—especially the technology and marketing side. That experience inspired her to help others build an online presence they love and feel confident about.

Since founding Make It Count Creative Solutions, Kat has designed and written for more than 40 websites in the health, wellness, and small business sectors. Her work is known for its clarity, purpose, and approachable professionalism—earning recognition from the 2025 MarCom Awards for excellence in medical website design.

Kat continues to serve clients across the Dayton–Cincinnati region and beyond, focusing on creating strategy-driven, human-centered websites for therapists, health coaches, IV therapy clinics, and wellness professionals.

Giving Back

2% of web design profits are donated to a local charity

Even before our name was Make It Count Creative Solutions, I knew that I wanted to find a way to give back to my community. So, I am committing to donating 2% of profits from web design projects to local charities. My hope is that as I grow I can expand this commitment and find more ways to “Make It Count”.

The organization that we have chosen to support in 2023 and 2024 is:

Society for the Improvement of Conditions for Stray Animals (SICSA) – Facilitates adoption of companion animals, and nurturing loving, lifelong relationships between animals and people. Over 2,000 dogs and cats are adopted into loving homes from their organization annually.
