Hi, I’m Kat, founder of Make It Count Creative Solutions, award-winning web designer, former school psychologist, and someone who genuinely loves helping businesses feel more confident online.
Before becoming a web designer, I earned my Educational Specialist Degree in School Psychology from the University of Dayton and spent years working in psychology and education. That background shaped the way I approach websites today — with a strong understanding of how people process information, build trust, and make decisions.
My time as a health food business owner gave me a deep appreciation for the work business owners do every day, especially those whose work centers around helping others. I experienced firsthand how much care, energy, and heart goes into running a business, and it strengthened my passion for supporting purpose-driven businesses in a meaningful way.
Over time, what started as creative projects for small businesses evolved into a specialized web design studio focused on health and wellness professionals.
Today, I combine strategy, thoughtful design, messaging, SEO, and psychology-informed user experience to create websites that feel clear, welcoming, and aligned with the heart of a business.
